Bon EYEppetit: Infused Water

hEYEdrating and refreshing

If you were on a stranded island and could only take one thing what would it be?

It should probably be drinking water. It’s what 60% of your body is made of and what it needs to survive. For your eyes, not drinking enough can lead to vision problems and dry eyes. Hopefully your island has berries and citrus fruits too. They are packed with nutrients like vitamin C to help prevent eye diseases.1 All hypothetical questions aside – do make sure to drink enough water. Have fun with it and use the recipes below to add flavors to your water like – strawberry mint, rainbow citrus or create your own variation.
